Yes. The Scaffold Software connects to Xero and QuickBooks, with Sage 50cloud available on request. Build the payment claim or invoice in the software and push it across in one click, nothing re-typed into the accounts package. You can preview, send and chase from inside the software, with a full send-history audit of what went to which client and when.

Yes. The quote builder, inspection scheduler and handover certificate templates are TG20:21-aware. Statutory weekly inspections are scheduled automatically per scaffold, signed by the inspector on site with photos attached, and stored as signed PDFs, so the inspection file already exists when a principal contractor or HSE asks for it.

Yes. Every Basic and Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access, and no card is needed to start. Four short fields on the trial form and one of the team sets your account up and emails your login, usually the same working day. If you do not add a card by day 7 the account simply pauses and you are never charged. Ready to commit? Skip the trial and hit Subscribe, pay by card and your account is activated the same working day. Either way, billing is handled securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Mobile access is available on Basic and Pro for job information and site paperwork. GPS clock-in, output reporting and other workforce options depend on your account configuration; ask the team to demonstrate the tools included in your package.

It runs entirely in your web browser: nothing to download, no CAD to learn, with no separate CAD installation. Draw the building line and the scaffold builds itself, with true bay set-out, lifts, boards, braces and corner details, producing a counted gear list, per-project asset value, true hire values from the actual kit, a board configurator/kit view, and meterage straight onto the quote. Every quote can carry a 3D model of the proposed scaffold.
