Sub-processors

To deliver The Scaffold Software we rely on a small number of carefully chosen service providers who process data on our behalf (“sub-processors”). This page is the up-to-date list referred to in the Data Processing Addendum of our licence agreement. We update this page when a sub-processor is added or replaced; that update constitutes the notice described in the Data Processing Addendum, and customers may object as set out there.

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or UK adequacy regulations, as set out in each provider's data processing terms.
